Ingredients
4Cpomegranate juice
½lemonjuiced and strained
½Cgranulated sugar
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a medium saucepan
Heat mixture over medium heat , stirring frequently and scraping the bottom of the pot until all of the sugar is dissolved
Continue cooking on a medium heat and mixture should come to a slow to medium boil; turn the heat down a bit if necessary
Continue on a slow boil for about 45-60 minutes stirring occasionally and until you mixture is reduced to about 1 C or so and is thick and syrupy and coast a spoon or spatula easily
Allow mixture to cool in pan then transfer to a sealable glass container and store in the fridge until ready to use.
