Whipped Dalgona coffee
This seemingly simple coffee creation will have you taking your first sip and saying OMG!! Amazingly delicious!!

whisk; manual or on a stand or hand mixer
Ingredients

instant espresso
such as Café Bustelo

Tbs
water
2
Tbs
sugar

milk
milk of choice
Instructions
in a large mixing bowl, add in the instant espresso, water and sugar
Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer whisk until everything gets light and creamy and fluffy
Either warm or ice your milk of choice
Top milk with whipped coffee and prepare to be amazed - OMG it's so good!!! 😋
Notes
I use skim milk in my whipped coffee but you can use any milk you prefer
If you have a coffee bean, grate a little on the top using a zester 😊
