Ingredients
Seasoning Blend
1tspblack peppermedium ground if you have it
1tspsea or kosher salt
1tspdried oregano
1tspdried rosemary
1tspdried parsley
1tspdried basil
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
½tspcrushed red pepperor to taste
For the Dipping Oil
½clovegarlicgrated & to taste
2Tbsolive oilextra virgin
Instructions
Mix all of the spices together in a bowl except for the fresh garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
Make sure you really mix it thoroughly to get an even distribution of all of the flavors.
Store in an airtight container
To Use As a Bread Dip
When you are ready to serve as a bread dip, put a teaspoon of the spice blend on a plate, add to that approximately ½ - 1 clove of grated or minced fresh garlic.
Use a fork to gently combine the garlic with the spice blend, then drizzle over around 2 tablespoons or so of the olive oil.
