In a small bowl mix together the sugar and the Chinese Five Spice
In a large bowl, add in the egg white and water. Using a hand mixer, beat the water and egg mixture until it is frothy.
Add the pecans to the egg mixture, using a wooden spoon mix in the pecans and coat all evenly,
Next, add the sugar and Chinese Five Spice mixture to the pecans and again stir well to evenly coat the pecans.
Spoon pecans onto parchment lined baking sheet and place in oven
Cook for 75 minutes.
Set timer for 10 minutes. Every ten minutes, use a large spoon or spatula, stir to pecans well. As they are nearing the end you will notice the crunchy coating forming.
