Instructions
Option 1: Mixing in a Jar
Add all ingredients into a lidded jar and shake vigorously until will-mixed
Taste, and adjust salt and pepper to taste
Option 2: Using a mini-blender
Add apple cider vinegar, garlic, sea salt, pepper and pumpkin puree to blender
Blend 10-15 seconds
With blender on, slowly drizzle in the 3/4 C of olive oil
Taste, and adjust salt and pepper to taste
