World's Best Guacamole
A super easy, amazingly delicious guacamole recipe.

Ingredients
Four ripe Haas avocados
1
jalapeno
seeds removed and finely diced
½
cup
red onion
diced
1
cup
tomato
diced
Sea salt
Pepper
fresh ground
1
lime
Instructions
Remove the avocado from the skins and place in a bowl
Mash the avocado with a fork or small potato masher
Add in the jalapeno, red onion and tomatoes
Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice from ½ of the lime over the bowl
Season to taste with sea salt & pepper
Mix all of the ingredients evenly
Adjust seasoning and add more lime juice if desired
